Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary – This one is a paradise for bird lovers. Located on the banks of Vembanad lake, Kumarakom bird sanctuary has Waterfowl, Cuckoo, Owls, Egrets, Herons Water Ducks, Parrots, Teal, Larks, Flycatchers and Wood Beetle as its local residents. Migratory birds to the park includes the Siberian Cranes.

Munnar – The most famous and beautiful hill station of Kerala and also amongst the topmost honeymoon destinations in India, Munnar is a delight for nature lovers. Tea gardens, coffee plantations and spice plantations are the prime attractions here. You can actually visit a Tea Museum & Processing Unit while in Munnar.
